Preface

HSM Pharma Holding GmbH was founded in 2004 by Dr. Norbert Holzer, an experienced Manager with more than 30 years’ experience in international companies and markets.

His last industrial position was CEO of Lichtwer Pharma AG, Berlin, Germany. HSM Pharma Holding GmbH has its origin in the rational and science-based phyto pharmacy (herbal drugs) and started its operative business in 2005 by delivering science-based nutrition and sports food to selected distributors in Europe and the US.

After a repositioning in 2008 the main aspect of the business was focused outside of Europe (EU). The key strategy is to support selected markets with products of German quality at affordable prices

Mission & Vision

The HSM companies are networking companies well established amongst German manufacturers of various product groups.

• We want to supply selected markets that have to cope with goods of poor quality from questionable sources today with products following German standards.
• As we keep our fix costs low, we will deliver reliable products at affordable prices.
• In the beginning, we start in the ethic markets where we see that we can help people to overcome their health problems.
• We also want to close cultural gaps with products for the already-existing sophisticated needs of the increasingly growing upper middle class
• Our primary selected market is the Western African Region.
